The College of Justice and Safety is strongly committed to meeting students’ needs, particularly delivering quality academic advising. The Student Information and Advising Center is located in Stratton 354D to assist students with advising issues, program information, transfer credit issues, graduation information, etc.
The Advising Center is in addition to faculty advisors to whom each student is assigned. The staff of the Student Information and Advising Center welcomes the opportunity to help students achieve success in their academic careers in the College of Justice and Safety at Eastern Kentucky University.

Please contact the Dean's Office at 859.622.3566 to schedule an appointment for a senior check-out or stop by the office located at Stratton 354D. Once you have completed your senior check-out, a graduation packet will be given to you for completion. You will be assessed a graduation fee which will be charged to your account. A statement will be sent to you from Billings and Collections prior to graduation.
Please note that it is your responsibility to notify the Dean's Office of any name , address, phone, or e-mail changes or where your diploma should be mailed to ensure that you receive your final transcript and diploma. It is also your responsibility to notify the Dean’s Office if you plan to change your date of graduation.
