Minor in Emergency Medical Care

Completing the minor requires a minimum grade of “C” in:
EMC 104 Healthcare Basic Life Support EMC 110 Introduction to Emergency Medical Care EMC 115 Basic Clinical/Field Experience EMC 200 Introduction to Pre-hospital Advanced Life Support Nine hours CHS or EMC course work pre-approved by the EMC Admission and Progression Committee.

For the nine hours of CHS or EMC course work you must submit a written request for the class(es) you have chosen to the EMC Admission and Progression Committee for approval of the class(es).
