Fire Extinguisher Service Laboratory
The Fire Extinguisher Service Laboratory provides fire extinguisher service and maintenance for Eastern Kentucky University's campus.
In order to obtain service, we have developed a Service Request form that needs to be completed when requesting service or when a Fire Extinguisher is delivered to the Ashland Building.

The work order can be submitted via campus mail to Stratton 250 or FAX to 859.622.8989.
